     Human being want to enjoy freedom and rights. Human right make every individual enjoy his life free without violating others right and freedom.The prosperity of human civilization depends on apt provision and practice of human right which play the prime role to enhance human civilization.

     The United Nations Organization has played the prime role in legal provision of human rights. The General Assembly of the UNO held on 10th Dec 1948 declared certain basic right for all-rounded personality development of human beings. This deceleration is called the Human Rights. It contain altogether 30 provision under which each and every right is recognized as fundamental. They are civil, of cast, class, social status, religion or sex. Because of this provision of  human rights, all the democratic countries of the world have specified various right to their citizens through legal provision in their constitutions. Civil rights contain personal rights, social rights, religious right and economic rights. Political rights involve right to vote, right to contest in the election, right to hold public offices and right to petition.

     Human Rights are very important. The legal provision of human rights makes every individual enjoy, his life satisfactorily. If citizen are provided with all the human rights, they certainly complete their duties being real citizens. The discrimination between the people can be removed by the legal provision and practice of human rights. Human rights stop people from committing crimes. The felling and practice of co-operation and brotherhood can be enhanced among the people. The glory of human civilization exit in the apt legal provisions and practices of human rights. Human rights get aptly enhanced only if the people are well-informed of their duties and rights. Complete practice of human rights enables everyone to develop a close rapport with other people in the society.

     Every country of the world has to  promise to implement all the human rights. All the human right organizations should work to provide complete human rights to the people. It is certain that human rights are at the root of human civilization. They assure heavenly atmosphere among the people. It is believed that human rights cultivate peace, justice and freedom.
